Alonzo Pantoja

Currently, I am finalizing my PhD application in hopes to start in the fall of 2025. It’s a slow process, but has been rewarding to see how some of the writing that I am doing has made me realize a new layer of my practice. Writing is a big undertaking for me as someone whose first language is Spanish so there is a lot of inner thinking in terms of grammar and syntax. Plus as a visual artist I think writing is much more challenging in general for me that is.
