The Cameras

At the time of writing this, we are preparing two original songs to be recorded live in the studio. “Papercuts” was written by our drummer, Jacob Cloutier, and “Baby Blue” was written by our rhythm guitarist, Kenneth Zierman. We play the songs to a click track in our basement rehearsal space every week to tighten up our grooves and lock in the instrumentation of each song. After each take, we listen back and search for any facet of the song that can be tightened up or reworked. Our goal is to have the song complete and ready to print by the time we enter the studio. We will be recording the songs at the Library Studio in Northeast Minneapolis.
